SHIPPING & REFUND POLICIES

Most of our items are eligible for our 14 day refund policy. If your product is faulty, damaged, or missing parts on arrival, you can send it back to us for a refund or item exchange within 14 days of receiving it. Please note, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The return shipping amount will be deducted from the refund issued.

Time frame for refunds:

Refunds may take up 1-4 weeks to be shipped back to our supplier and then an additional 5-7 business days to process once we have inspected your product.

To start a return, you can send us an email at info@primeelectricautor.com. Please Include pictures and a detailed description of the problems your experiencing with your product. If your return is approved & accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Eligibility for all refunds

You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full or partial refund of product cost (minus shipping and any other fees for restocking or damaged parts). Because the nature of our items we always start return eligibility from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused condition, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Before a return is sent, the customer must have written approval from Prime Electric Auto If a customer sends a return without written consent from Prime Electric Auto, a refund will not be issued, and the customer will have to pay shipping to get the item returned or sacrifice the item.

* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

* It must also be in the original packaging.

* To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

* To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind.

* If you did not receive your item/s 30 days after ordering and have your order number and proof of purchase.

* If you pay full retail price for your item/s. *Sale items are not eligible for refunds. If an item is discounted, it cannot be refunded.*

Order Cancelation Policy:

Cancelling your order will incur a fee for changing the address of your order. Customers are responsible for the Change of Address Fee when cancelling an order. The Change of Address Fee will be deducted from the refund issued.

Shipping services:
We currently ship to the 47 states of the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and other islands. We also ship to Canada, UK, Australia, Asia and Europe. If you are not sure if your area is available for shipping, you can email Info@primeelectricautor.com to inquire. We are available Nationwide and worldwide shipping.

Shipping Fee:
Shipping is dependent on weight of the product.

Order Cancellation:

All cancelations are subject to a 3-10% processing fee that will be deducted from your refund amount. Processing fee can range from 3-10% depending on the time frame of your order and what shipping stage your order is in.

Before shipping: If you cancel your order within 24 hours, you will be refunded ;if you cancel your order after 24 hours, and within 14 days of your purchase, we will not be able to refund your order until we have processed your refund claim, and received your initial product.

After receiving the order: There will be no refunds on orders after 14 days of receiving the product unless you are eligible for one.

After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification email or SMS containing the order confirmation number. After your order is processed, you will be sent a tracking number via email to track the progress of your Product.

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the shipping address you used is residential it’s possible the shipper may reach out to schedule a delivery appointment. Failure to schedule a drop-off appointment within 14 days after shipper contact will result in an order cancellation and customer will be responsible for shipping related charges.

Product care

At the time of delivery, the carrier will provide you with a Bill of Lading (BOL) and/or Delivery details, Tracking number, Receipt for you to sign. it is important for you to thoroughly inspect your shipment before Take off.

Each carrier uses their own standard forms, so ensure to fill out the proper spaces provided.

ROBUST FRAME

Eliet E401 Pro Scarifier (Fixed Blades) GX120 Even though this E401 is the smallest dethatching machine in the ELIET range, it is capable of providing outstanding performance. The performance of this dethatching machine is often tested in many common applications, for example, when it is rented. Its robust construction is then also a guarantee for its durability. The blade shaft is located within a thick steel housing in order to protect bystanders from any flying chippings.

FIXED BLADES

An ELIET dethatching machine with a dethatching width of 40 cm has a rotor that has 14 blades securely fitted. Each blade has two cutting edges so that the blade makes two raking motions for each revolution of the blade shaft. The blades are also mounted in a spiral pattern so that they do not all touch the ground at the same time in order to prevent grass sods from being torn loose. The ELIET E401 thus provides maximum efficiency with minimal damage to the lawn.

LARGE WHEELS

The E401 comes fitted with 20 cm diameter wheels. Large wheels run more smoothly and are less affected by any unevenness in the terrain. The nylon rims are shock-resistant. Moreover, the roller bearings are able to withstand the sandy and dusty conditions that are encountered during dethatching.

INFINITELY VARIABLE FRONT WHEELS

Height adjustment at the front wheels is infinitely variable. Since the height of each front wheel has to be separately adjusted, you are also sure that the blade shaft has the correct depth adjustment across the entire operating width.

REAR WHEELS DEPTH ADJUSTMENT

The rear wheels can be set to a number of different fixed positions. As a result of the dual adjustment capabilities, you can use the blades until they are completely worn.

SPACIOUS COLLECTION BAG

When you perform dethatching efficiently, you are also faced with a lot of cleaning up to do. ELIET help you in this respect by equipping the E401 with a collection bag. The wide opening ensures that the bag is optimally filled. The large 60 litre capacity of this collection bag is ample for the moss from several tens of metres. You are therefore spared from the burden of having to clear up the moss yourself.

RUBBER DEFLECTOR

Even when you work without using a collection bag, the large volume of raked moss must quickly come from underneath the frame without exposing the operator to anything that is thrown up by the blades. The well-sized rubber deflector will catch all of the dust and sand that is thrown up.

VERTICAL BELT TENSION

Problem-free operation was the point of departure for developing the vertical belt tension. Thanks to this system, the belt retains its natural shape even when it is operating. This virtually eliminates wear on the belt, thus significantly extending its operating life.
